Man kann sich das Leben enorm vereinfachen, wenn man über einen rechen Fundus von standard Antwort auf die häufigsten “Bürofragen” verfügt. Ich werde hier in regelmässigen Abständen einige davon zum besten geben. Hier nun der erste Teil:

Die wichtigste aller Antwort gleich vorweg (nicht neu aber unglaublich vielseitig einsetzbar):

“Deine Mudder …<teil der ursprungsfrage>”

Kennt Ihr diese “Hat jemand mal ein Handy Ladegerät” – an alle – emails? Ich mein was soll das? Hey die sollen arbeiten nicht privat telefonieren. Keine Sau ist so wichitg. Wie auch immer sowas sieht dann ja meist so aus:

“Nokia-Ladegerät zur Hand?
mein Handy braucht eine Ladegerät mit kleinem Stecker.

Danke, xyz”

Tja, das hat ne Menge potential z.B. :

“Hier unten gibts nur grosse Stecker, frag mal deine Mudder” oder
“Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, das Du weisst wo man kleine stecker findet”

Wichtig dabei ist den Fragenden entweder zu verwirren oder so gut es geht vor dem Kopf zu stossen, damit man in Zukunft von dererlei Unsinn verschont bleibt. Dabei sollte man übrigens ein bischen auf die Position des Gegenübers Rücksicht nehmen.

Das Thema “vor den Kopf stossen” hab ich ja oben schon angerissen, kommen wir nun zu Verwirrung und Verschleierung von Tatsachen.

Verwirrung:

• Stetiges Antworten mit einem monotonem “ehm” (hier eignet sich fast jedes einsilbige Wort)
  Stark vertögertes antworten begleited von einem starrer Blick
  Stätiges debiles grinse und Nicken

Verschleierung:

Irgendwas funktioniert nicht und Ihr wisst genau, das Ihr eigentlich schuld seid? Ihr könnt/wisst irgendetwas nicht, was Ihr eigentlich können/wissen müssstet? Da gibt es nur eine passende Antwort:

“ Muss ich prüfen”

“auch” eignet sich je nach Sachlage ebenfalls.
